Exchanges And Returns

We will exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days of the original shipment date. Products must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them. To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us. Please note, that additional delivery charges will apply in all exchange/refund circumstances. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer. Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear. SNUG Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
